Abstract:
The main subject of this paper is to show that the conventional process of upper bounds of the roots of a polynomial F with complex coefficients may be used to obtain lower bounds of the module F on a circle of radius sufficiently large. We'll also give various inequalities and an algebraic algorithm to approximate the maximum of |F(z)|, |z| fixed.
Résumé
Le sujet principal de cette note consiste à montrer que les processus classiques de majoration des racines d'un polynôme F à coefficients complexes permettent d'obtenir des minorations du module de F sur un cercle de rayon suffisamment grand. Nous donnerons en outre diverses inégalités et un algorithme purement algébrique pour le calcul approché du maximum de |F(z)| pour |z| fixé.
